Deposit Required to hold event date: $800 (non-refundable) applied to your event total cost. Balance can be paid in 2 equal installments with the last installment due the day of your event.

Includes: tables and chairs for guests, shuttle service, a portable outdoor restroom, overnight lodging for up to 2 guests for 1 night (additional guests $20 each) The wedding party and immediate family members may use the indoor restrooms)
Additional Outdoor Restroom : $175
Additional Nightly Rental and/or Rehearsal Dinner time : $275
** A staff member will be on-site for the duration of the event to facilitate the shuttle, logistics, setup etc. to ensure your event runs smoothly.
Shuttle Service: provided by Peyton People Movers
Due to limited parking on the property, all vehicles must park across the street from Young’s Dairy, about 3 miles from The Partington Spring House. Guests can look for a red tent set up with a few balloons. We have up to (2) 12-15 passenger vans that will shuttle the wedding party and guests to the venue.
Food & Alcohol:
You may choose your own catering business, we do not have a preferred vendor list or strict requirements in regards to catering.
There is a kitchen on site with a standard oven and stovetop, fridge, microwave and dishwasher available for use. Kitchen must be clean, and all trash taken to outside trash cans before your departure. Alcohol may be brought in. This can be arranged through your caterer. The caterer must have proof of an off-site liquor license if you are serving liquor.
Clean up: Aside from the tables and chairs, you are responsible for clean-up and restoration of the space, as well as getting your rentals ready for pick up. Please plan accordingly or hire additional help through the caterer or rental company.
We do include setup time on Friday from 12-5 pm (setup only, rehearsals dinner gatherings/nightly rental is an additional $260) You have Sunday by 12:00 pm for rental pickups and cleanup. A lot of venues require same day cleanup and pickups completed by the end of the wedding so we do offer that extra flexibility.

All our photo booth pricing includes:
