Maximum Guest Count: 125

Deposit Required to hold event date: $500 (non-refundable) applied to your event total cost. Balance can be paid in 2 equal installments with the last installment due the day of your event.

Rental Rates:

Saturday Weddings: inquire for pricing  *  50-125 guests * (9:00 am Sat - 11:00 am Sun)

                   Inquire for pricing *  less than 50 guests *  (9:00 am Sat-11:00 am Sun)

Event Time:  Must conclude by 11:00 pm

Includes:  tables and chairs for guests, shuttle service, a portable outdoor restroom, overnight lodging for up to 2 guests for 1 night  (additional guests $20 each) $225 each additional night.

** A staff member will be on-site for the duration of the event to facilitate the shuttle, logistics, setup etc. to ensure your event runs smoothly.

Shuttle Service:

Due to limited parking on the property, you may choose to have guests park at The Brandeberry Winery or Young’s Dairy. Both places are only 3-4 miles from The Partington Spring House.  A wine tasting or ice cream treat is a fun way to entertain guests before they board the shuttle.

Food & Alcohol:

There is a kitchen on site with a standard oven and stovetop, fridge, microwave and dishwasher available for use.  Kitchen must be clean, and all trash taken to outside trash cans before your departure.  Alcohol may be brought in.  This can be arranged through your caterer. The caterer must have proof of an off-site liquor license if you are serving liquor.

Clean up: Aside from the tables and chairs, you are responsible for clean-up and restoration of the space, as well as getting your rentals ready for pick up. Please plan accordingly or hire additional help through the caterer or rental company.

Photo Booth Rental:

Looking to have a photo booth at your wedding or event?  You've found it! Equipped with lots of fun props it's guaranteed to entertain all age groups!

All our photo booth pricing includes:

*Optional Facebook upload of all images during your event

*Fun props for guests to use

*A strip for you, and a strip for the guest

4 Hours-$450

$50 for each additional hour
