  • The cottage is strictly for getting ready and overnight accommodations. It is very much the size of a typical home and can not comfortably accommodate large groups. There is plenty of clearance outdoors for a large tent to cover your entire ceremony and reception in case of rain.

  • We limit our weddings to 125 people.

  • To maintain the charm and integrity of The Partington Spring House, we have decided to have off site parking for events. There is a standard driveway, and we can allot a certain amount of spaces, generally for vendors and one car for the Bride and Groom. Any additional space is left for the shuttle to comfortably let people on and off to the property.

  • We have two packages to choose from that can be viewed on our pricing page.

  • We require a non-refundable deposit of $850. Balance can be paid in 2 equal installments with the last installment due the day before your event.

  • Yes! We are more than happy to show you around and help you envision your event at our property. We also rent the home for overnight accommodations so we need to schedule tours in between guest stays.

  • Yes! We do not have a list of preferred vendors and caterers, but are happy to let you know our favorites to work with!

  • Music must be turned off by 11, and the shuttle service runs to 11 at the very latest depending on your start time. You are more than welcome to continue celebrating with a smaller group of people after hours since a Saturday night stay is included in all our packages.

  • Yes! Our packages automatically include set up time on Friday from 12-5. You can add on Friday evening to continue setting up after 5pm and to host a rehearsal and dinner, and even stay the night.
